Inspection Trips

We feel it is important that we accompany our customers on their inspection trips so that we are able to answer any of your questions and to help you understand the construction/build process and to talk you through all your specification and design choices on any property that you do wish to purchase. If we are unable to personally accompany you, we ensure that you are picked up from the airport by our designated representatives. You will be escorted around the selected regions for 3 days/2 nights. The cost of your inspection trip includes staying in a high calibre hotel with an evening meal included. The cost of your inspection trip varies from £350.00 to £500.00, depending on your choice of hotel accommodation and time of year. Your itinerary will go something like this:

You inform us when you wish to go on a viewing trip

We will liaise with Green Island holidays for you to arrange your flight and accomodation based on your requirements

You inform us of your flight details

We meet you at the departure/arrival airport and escort you to your accommodation ready for your viewing trip the following day

Day One - we accompany you on the first viewing trip and then we take you back to the hotel for the evening. We then take you out to a restaurant, as our guests, for a meal

Day Two – second viewing trip and then it is back to the hotel for the evening.

Day Three - third viewing trip, then an afternoon of sightseeing & shopping. We then accompany you back to the hotel and escort you back to the airport for your flight home

If you decide to purchase a property with us, then the full cost of the inspection trip is deducted from the cost of your property. We look forward to seeing you soon!
